We at Commsplus pride ourselves on a high level of support to our customers. Our customers constantly report back to us to say how impressed they have been with our response and with the quality and attitude of our engineers. Faults reported by phone or email are logged on our database, diagnosed accordingly, and assigned to an appropriate engineer. Where necessary, line faults are passed to the customer’s Service Provider. Progress on a resolution to each fault is constantly checked, with end users being given regular updates.
