Level Of Cover

Level of cover is always an important consideration. Commsplus yearly maintenance covers you for all your Samsung telephone equipment on site. Should any of the Samsung Desk phones, Main Cabinet, Main Processor Card, Digital Line Cards, Analogue Line Cards etc. go faulty, Commsplus will repair or replace these items at no charge (please note that we do not maintain basic BT phones, cordless phones, or extension bells). No charge is made for any site visits made by Commsplus in order to rectify these faults. Basically, your system Samsung equipment is fully covered.

In addition, Commsplus provide Technical Support, whereby, in the event of any phone issues at all, including with BT lines etc., we encourage you to call us & we will deal with BT or whomever else necessary in order to solve that issue.
