Response Times

Commsplus operate an in-house support desk manned by fully qualified engineers.

Our support line, 01934 882222, is always answered directly by one of our technicians. Our support engineers are available Mon-Fri, 8.30am–5.00pm.

The majority of support calls are answered within 3 rings (12s). Any calls not answered in this time will queue for the next available support engineer, with an option to leave a message for non-urgent enquiries. All support calls are answered by a Commsplus representative within 2 mins. Major failures with Telephone Switches have a 4hr onsite response time; more minor issues are usually cleared by the end of the next working day
