Taunton Rugby Club

Somerset based Taunton RFC have been subject to healthy growth both on and off the pitch for a number of years. Not only having a thriving team, but hosting many corporate functions and events in the conference centre.

As the club grew, their existing telecom solution was inadequate. “Our core business requires up to date communication equipment, which we thought was adequate for our needs. How wrong we were!” Jack Matthews, President Taunton RFC. After listening to the problems facing the club with their communication infrastructure, Commsplus devised a bespoke solution to meet their requirements.

The solution includes both guest and administration networks. As well as the ability to easily manage their call traffic and professionally deal with client’s enquiries which has enabled them to provide a better the service, so the club benefits from increased bookings.
