That includes working with your chosen construction contractors, where required, to provide a complete installation service. Our engineering team are highly trained, and have full technical knowledge of the product range. We also have direct access into BT order points. This means that we can place network service orders and monitor their progress on your behalf.
This ensures a coordinated approach and smooth implementation of your new system and services. As a part of the installation, we also offer comprehensive training which can be specifically aligned to your business requirements, and to meet the needs of each individual staff member.
With Commsplus maintenance, you can have total peace of mind. Should a fault occur, we will deal with the necessary parties (such as BT) for you whilst keeping you informed of progress at all times. Even though our systems are really reliable - problems do sometimes occur. However, many issues can be rectified remotely without the need for a site visit. For more complex faults, we can arrange a site visit from one of our friendly, highly trained engineers for you.
Our engineering team can be on hand seven days a week if required. We provide a quick, efficient and friendly service, which enables you to avoid the risk of significant downtime and the subsequent losses that this can create. Our dedicated engineering team have an enviable reputation for their professionalism and promptness in dealing with any technical problem. They undergo continuous training to make sure that they're up to date with the latest developments in the industry and are always available on our help line to assist with any issues you may have.
Should the digital desk phones, main cabinet, main processor card, system cards or other equipment supplied by Commsplus become faulty, we will repair or replace these items for free for you. We won't even charge you for any site visits made to rectify these faults. Your telephony equipment is fully covered.
Our coverage allows you to have total peace of mind. We will even deal with BT or any other third parties for you - just to make sure that any issue you may have is solved promptly and completely.
Our in-house support team is here for you. With Commsplus maintenance, you can just give us a call and - where possible - we will just amend, add or adjust pre-programmed elements of your system - absolutely free. We have direct remote management over your telephone system to respond and correct any issues you have remotely fast and efficiently.
Where direct remote management is not possible, we also have the option to remotely control your computer, to help and guide you through any issues. With no pre-installed software required, we can quickly connect diagnose and fix any problems you may have.
Your peace of mind is very important to us. Commsplus offer maintenance contracts accompanied by a high level of technical service. We know that extended downtime impacts on business which is why we have a rapid response time for service failures.
Commsplus maintenance has you covered. In the unlikely event that a fault should occur and where over the phone support is insufficient, one of our exceptionally skilled engineers can come to your premises to make the necessary adjustments for you to get you back on track.
Our support line is always answered directly by one of our technicians. Our support engineers are available Mon-Fri, 8.30am–5.00pm as well as weekends, should you require 7 day support.
All support calls are answered by one of our friendly, in-house support engineers. Major failures with telephone switches have a 4hr on-site response time; more minor issues are usually cleared by the end of the next working day.
