Installation of Samsung Officeserv Communications infrastructure at Taunton Chiropractic Clinic

Introduction

Taunton Chiropractic clinic is an award-winning practice providing and managing personal care plans for all their patients. With three sites based in Taunton, Wellington, and Chard; the need for a business telephone system that would link the sites together was identified.

Brief

After seeing our solution deployed within Somerset Local Medical Centre, Taunton Chiropractic contacted Commsplus with their brief. The principle requirement was to replace the old telephone system with a modern, cost-effective and integrated business telephony solution.

Solution

Commsplus visited Taunton Chiropractic to survey the existing telephone system and lines. After a thorough review of the telecoms infrastructure, a bespoke proposal was made to meet both the practical and commercial requirements of the brief as follows:

·     To install a Samsung OfficeServ business telephone system that would enable multiple sites to be linked

·     To Migrate lines to the “OneBill” network to maximise functionality transparency and reduce costs

·     To migrate Broadband services to the OneBill Network, also to reduce costs and increase transparency

·     To streamline all communications equipment and services maintenance and management through a single point of contact

Summary

Our bespoke solution has allowed Taunton Chiropractic to reduce overheads, upgrade enhance their communications infrastructure and provide a single manageable platform. Since installation, Commsplus’ solution has shown Taunton Chiropractic both financial and productivity benefits over their previous telephone system.
